Seven Seas is a brand that my parents have been purchasing since eons ago as it is affordable and has the quantity! The packaging is slightly different in Singapore though~

I unfortunately don't take any sort of vitamins. I've never tried cod liver oil either. I should start though, especially because we're not very healthy eaters.

My mum swears by Cod Liver Oil and other vitamins and I always say I am going to start taking it in the autumn….. and I always forget! Probably why I have a cough and cold that has lasted 7 weeks 🙁
